We carefully ensure that our laser application is right for your needs. Laser Services intuitively require large amounts of specific information to provide satisfactory results. We apply thorough information gathering processes prior to engraving to ensure that none of the important details are left out. When a laser project contains a certain amount of risk, we try to help you asses that risk prior to engraving. Family heirlooms are often irreplaceable. If we cannot gather enough information to complete your engraving project without a high level of risk, we may refer you to a specialist or discourage engraving altogether to protect your valuables. If you want to assume the risk, we do furnish a waiver where you can release your rights in the event the project does not produce the results you anticipated.
Technically Advanced Equipment and Processes
We use an American made 60 watt Universal CO2 laser system for all of our laser applications. State of the art technology and software applications have made this system intuitive and fun to use to create and complete your laser projects. If you would like to be a part of this process, we can arrange for you to create your graphic design files in specific formats to decrease some of your project costs. At times, we can also set up an appointment for you to bring a sample to create an accurate bid at minimal cost, or simply for you to observe the laser process live.
