CO2 Lasers Offer Benefits Not Available With Other Cutting Methods

  • Accurate- Laser cutting effortlessly achieves materials tolerances of .001″  This means that your parts and project pieces will be cut to within 1/1000th of an inch of the measurements you provide. The human eye cannot see a measurement this small, so put your ruler away! We take measurements like these using engineering equipment. You can feel confident in the level of precision we can provide for your laser cut items.
  • Detailed- We offer an increased level of detail in our laser cutting applications using special laser optics. The optics allow us to preserve clarity and detail in laser cut pieces smaller than .5″.
  • Cost Effective- As with any application that requires specialized equipment to complete materials processing, costs can be a consideration.  Laser cutting applications can be tailored to your needs by creating custom fixtures that permit laser cutting in batches.  Batches reduce turnaround times and reduce individual item costs.
  • Versatile- With technological advancements in today’s industries, lasers have limitless applications.  Manufacturers can create higher quality products and produce less waste using more environmentally friendly processes.
  • The ‘Cool’ Factor- Face it, lasers are just ‘cool.’  Isn’t it exciting to purchase a gift for a friend that is ‘laser cut?’ Lasers don’t just ‘cut’ material, they actually vaporize it.  The space age component of laser cutting makes it a fascinating subject for everyone!
